Art is like a cat. You do not adopt it, it adopts you.

And then the one way worship begins.

Sometimes it is like being ill. The desperate urge to vomit forth utterances. It does find you and pull you onwards. Onwards.

Thankyou so much for your supportive, kind comments. I blush with itxx

Yes, art is probably one of the few things in our existance that is truly worthy of worship.

But, it is unfair and almost dis-respectful to demand complete and absolute fulfilment from it.

Someone wise once showed me that fulfilment and happiness, in life, have to come from multiple sources.

Yup. That's very true. If you have only one reason for happiness and fulfilment and it ceases to exist, what then? Multiple and multifaceted sources are the surely the way to go.

Your words show experience.
They ring true.
Fragile... beauty is.

It is in adopting that we are adopted, it is in giving that we receive and it is in dying that we are born to life etrnal.
