Therapy:
Well... in a general view, change is something that constantly happens in a person's life even if they don't know it.
For me... conscious change... I try to keep myself always open to it. I guess I am at a stage in my life where I have identified the need for some conscious change.
Change is almost a synonym for growth in human life.
Causes... infuence, advice, realisation, maturity...
I think all the usual stuff that causes change in anyone's life.
Anyway... the true picture will be in what is actually acheived.
Let see...
